How long does shipping take? 

Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1­-2 business day after you orderThis does not include the time spent in transit! 

*NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • What delivery method you select
ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

DOMESTIC:
  • USPS First Class: 7-10 Business Days (only available for orders weighing a pound or less)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
  • FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
  • FedEx 2Day: 2 Business Days (Guaranteed transit time, $100 worth of insurance included)
INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
  • Priority Shipping – Duties and Taxes Included: 3 - 9 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
  • Priority Shipping – Duties and Taxes NOT included: 7 – 15 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
  • FedEx Ground: 3-10 Business Days (Only available in Canada, $100 worth of insurance included)
  • FedEx International Economy: 3-10 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
  • FedEx International Priority: 1-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
    Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 
    How much is shipping?
    All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
    • Domestic vs International shipments
    • Total weight of package
    • Selected shipping method
    We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout. 

    How Do I Return Something?

    You may exchange any product purchased from our store by following the instructions below. We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.

    In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your ORIGINAL delivery date.

    We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis. 

    Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:

    • Items you want exchanged or refunded
    • Address to send shipment back to in the case of an exchange, if different then original shipping address
    • Your order number
    • If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

    We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*

    • We do not accept C.O.D. parcel*

    Shipping is NOT refundable.

    Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange. If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days.  At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
